Abstract

La Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellín-Colombia inauguró la especialización en Periodismo Urbano, programa conjunto con la Consejería Regional en Comunicación para América Latina de la UNESCO (Quito). Los primeros quince estudiantes serán la primera generación de periodistas especializados en la cobertura y análisis de las realidades urbanas. Este programa piloto en A. Latina apuesta a contribuir al incremento en la calidad de los contenidos periodísticos sobre lo urbano en vista de la pérdida de sentido de la realidad social en los medios de comunicación.
