Abstract

La crisis económica generaliza la inseguridad social y económica, contribuye a reducir los mecanismos de representación, a limitar los espacios de solución de los conflictos, a mercantilizar las relaciones sociales y a restringir las manifestaciones culturales de los ciudadanos. De allí que la restricción del origen y fuente de la ciudadanía lleve al incremento de la violencia urbana e inseguridad ciudadana, y a la reducción de la calidad de vida de la población.
