Abstract

"Televisión Serrana"" es un proyecto de vídeo y televisión que se ejecuta en la Sierra Maestra-Cuba. Chasqui dialogó con Waldo Ramírez, realizador del proyecto y quien ganó el segundo premio del concurso de televisión comunitaria organizado en el marco del festival, para conocer algunos detalles del proceso desarrollado conjuntamente con los campesinos de la zona."
