Abstract

La función de la ombudswoman es una especie de caja de resonancia del ciudadano que se siente ultrajado, usurpado. En esta consideración, la autora analiza el papel de la Defensoría del Lector y sus dificultades, reflexiona sobre el poder de la prensa y la importancia de la sección "Erramos"", ""en donde el diario se engrandece"", de la misma forma que el periodista crece al reconocer que falló."
